At STP the Engineering Managers and Supervisors spend about 30 minutes each week capturing observations against a pre-determined set of Tech Conscience, Leadership & Team Effectiveness, and Training Conscience attributes. The observations are scored and shared with the engineers. The attached document shows the observations, scoring, and scoring criteria from 6/20/2019 as an example.
